Australian company Cortecs, whose operations are based in the UK, has listed its shares on the London stock exchange, expanding its equity base by £15m ($22.5m). The placing is raising new cash of £10.6m for the company, which specialises in the R&D of drug delivery systems, and also manufactures otc and diagnostic products. The proceeds are expected to meet Cortecs' funding requirements for the next two years.
