US pharmaceutical distributor Cardinal Health is to acquire Humiston Keeling for an estimated $40m. Cardinal currently stands as the US's third largest pharmaceutical distributor with annual revenues of about $6bn, whilst Humiston's sales stand at about $830m. The purchase; which is scheduled for completion in July, is subject to regulatory approval.
