BF Goodrich buys Zinsser's Zinchem lines

BF Goodrich has acquired the Zinchem product lines of Zinsser, a unit of RPM. Zinchem's product lines, which had sales of about $10m in 1995, consist of water-borne acrylic resins used in printing inks and overprint varnishes in the graphic arts industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
