Recticel sells its stake

Recticel is to sell its 32.5% stake in Belgian-based Prayon Rupel to two other shareholders of the group. The new owners, Societe Regionale d'lnvestissement de Wallonie and Office Cherifien des Phosphates, will now hold a 50% stake each.
