Air Liquide/Ultramar plan reactor/oxygen unit

Air Liquide Canada and Ultramar are to invest Can$42.5m ($31.1 m) in a reactor and oxygen production unit for Ultramar's Quebec refinery. Ultramar will invest Can$31 m on expanding its catalytic cracker unit with the reactor and Can$1.5m preparing the site for the oxygen plant. Air Liquide will spend Can$10m on constructing the 52 000 tonne/year oxygen unit.
