HOUSTON (CNI)--Daido Air Products Electronics (DAPE) - the joint venture company of Air Products and Chemicals and Daido Hoxan - announced Monday it has expanded its portfolio of products for semiconductor manufacturers in Japan.
The newly introduced products include speciality chemicals and related delivery equipment manufactured by Air Products for CVD dielectric, metallisation, diffusion, oxidation, and ion implant applications plus organometallic chemicals used in the manufacture of compound semiconductors.
They complement DAPE's other offerings which include bulk gases, speciality gases, environmental systems, equipment, various services, and new product and applications development.
DAPE vice president Alexander Masetti said: "With the addition of leading-edge speciality chemicals and organometallics to our portfolio, we can now be a one-stop supplier for many of the products used by semiconductor manufacturers in Japan."
