HOUSTON (CNI)--Nalco Chemical said Wednesday it has acquired the water treatment chemicals business of Inland Aqua-Tech of Spokane, Washington.
Though Nalco would not reveal the financial terms of the deal, it noted that Inland's annual sales total about $2.5m.
Inland is a supplier of middle market water treatment products and services to industries such as textile plants, computer chip manufacturers, food and beverage plants, hospitals, office buildings and light industrial businesses.
Headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, Nalco Chemical is the largest manufacturer and marketer of water treatment and process chemicals and services in the world.
