Aerchem/Shanghai, a subsidiary of Aerchem Inc., has opened its first operating office in Shanghai and is now working with the government of Shanghai for its registration approval to operate as a full-service business enterprise. Registration is expected to be accepted within the next few months, at which time Aerchem will be allowed full access to Chinese markets.

Altec International, an Ohio-based subsidiary of Chart Industries Inc., has received the Chinese Safety Quality License by the Ministry of Labour of the PeopleÕs Republic of China. The license permits the export of products into China.
