IMC-Agrico will suspend production at its 1m tonne/year diammonium phosphate (DAP) unit in Taft, Louisiana, US, from 3 July. The decision was made after reviewing the world phosphate supply-demand balance which has shown a slowdown in DAP demand following the end of the domestic agricultural season.
