CPC signs LoI

Chinese Petroleum Corp (CPC) last week signed an LoI with the Chia Yi provincial government to evaluate Taiwan's No8 cracker project in Pudai, Chia Yi county. An environmental impact assessment and a feasibility study will start shortly (ACN 6 Dec, p31). CPC plans to take a 35% stake in the project.
