Sweden's biotech company Perbio Science has acquired a UK distributor Pierce & Warriner for an undisclosed sum. Perbio Science said the purchase will strengthen its presence in Europe.
Pierce & Warriner had sales of SKr30m ($3.5m) in 1999.
