Bayer's agrochemicals business group has bought the marketing and trademark rights for the fertiliser and plant protection products of Wales-based Phostrogen. The deal is being carried out through Bayer's UK subsidiary pbi Home & Garden. Earlier this year, the German group bought AgrEvo's Aagrunol range of garden products in the Netherlands.
