LONDON (CNI)--Dutch fibres group Acordis said Thursday it is to sell its fibres equipment and services subsidiary Enka tecnica to Switzerland's Heberlein Fiber Technology.
Based in Heinsberg, Germany, Enka tecnica makes spinnerets, components and test devices for the man-made fibres industry. It has annual sales of about Euro16m ($13.8m) and employs about 130 people. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Heberlein Fiber Technology is a global supplier of components for the fibres industry.
