HOUSTON (CNI)--Celanese said Friday it has sold its 49% interest in InfraServ Munchsmunster to Ruhr Oel of Germany for an undisclosed amount.
Frankfurt, Germany-based Celanese said the sale has an effective date of 1 January this year and completes the withdrawal from the Munchsmunster site initiated by Celanese's predecessor, Hoechst.
InfraServ was the infrastructure and support services company of Hoechst.
