HOUSTON (CNI)--BASF announced Monday the launch of its new English language Web site for its colorants and pigments products, noting that the Internet enables illustration of each pigment's hue and facilitates faster customer service.
Ludwigshafen, Germany-based BASF said the new pigments site also provides its customers with direct contacts for technical support, service and problem-solving.
The site's pages are divided by application industry into coatings, colorants for plastics, ceramic colours, printing inks and special industries. "The colourful presentation of the Web pages is appropriate to the product range," BASF said in a statement.
A German language version of the colorants and pigments products site will go online by the end of next week, the company said.
The BASF pigments and colorants site can be found at: http://www.basf.de/pigments.
