India is considering a proposal to levy provisional antidumping duties on imports of high styrene resin/rubber (HSR) from the European Union (EU) and Poland. In its preliminary findings, the Indian antidumping authority (ADA) advised the Finance Ministry to levy four different rates of duties on imports of all grades of HSR. The ADA recommended a levy of US$799.25/tonne on HSR imports from Bayer International of Switzerland and a duty of US$886.3/tonne on HSR imports from all suppliers from the EU.
