Indon Justus Sakti Raya to keep MA operating rate at 80%

JAKARTA (CNI)--Unsaturated polyester resin producer Justus Sakti Raya Corp (JSRC) will maintain the operating rate at its 14 000 tonne/year maleic anhydride (MA) plant at 80%, CNI was informed on Monday.
The company had cut down its operating rates in 2000 because of poor market conditions in the Asia Pacific region, JSRC director Usman Hadi said.
The operating rate at its 2000 tonne/year fumaric acid plant will be kept at 50%, he added.
