TDA gives grant

The US Trade and Development Agency (TDA) has awarded the government of Azerbaijan a $600 000 grant to undertake a study looking at the upgrade of refineries belonging to the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Socar). The Azerbaijan government will select a US company to undertake the study.
