HELIUM Air Products and Chemicals Inc. will increase worldwide pricing on bulk and dewar liquid and gaseous helium and packaged helium products by 18 percent, effective October 1. Increases may be greater in cases where previous discounts are being eliminated. Rental fees on bulk liquid containers and bulk gaseous tube trailers also will be increased.

SULFURIC ACID PVS Chemical Solutions Inc. will increase prices for sulfuric acid 93 percent by $7 per ton, solution basis, effective October 1, or as contract terms permit. This increase applies to plant and terminal locations in Buffalo, N.Y., Monaca, Pa., Butler, Pa., Cincinnati, Ohio, and Copley, Ohio. Also, on October 1 or as contracts permit, PVS will increase schedule and off-schedule prices of sodium bisulfite solution, by $20 per ton, as is basis, in the eastern, New England, and southeast regions.
