LONDON (CNI)--Basell, the 50:50 polyolefins joint venture between BASF and Shell, has resumed production at its low density polyethylene (ldPE) plant in Aubette, southern France.
A source at Basell said on Monday that the approximately 320 000 tonne/year plant was back in operation on Saturday (23 February).
The plant was shut down last week for scheduled maintenance, a Basell spokesman told CNI today.
