Tarragona chem body names Repsol's Balsebre as president

MADRID (CNI)--Federacion de Empresas Quimicas de Tarragona (AEQT), which represents chemicals companies operating in Tarragona, Spain, on Tuesday named Repsol-YPF director Andreu Punet Balsebre as its president.
In a statement, AEQT said its members voted unanimously for Balsebre, who replaces Jordi Rogla, an executive with BASF Espanola.
Balsebre is head of Repsol-YPF’s industrial complex in Tarragona and has an master of business administration (MBA) from London Business School.
Founded 25 years ago, AEQT is one of Tarragona’s largest chemicals organisations.
