Angela Cackovich

Angela Cackovich has been appointed market manager for additives in Europe of Rohm and Haas Company. Ms. Cackovich joins the company from Dow Corning Europe.

Steve Cullen

Steve Cullen has been appointed business development manager for performance chemicals and intermediates business organization of Eastman Chemical Com-pany. Mr. Cullen will focus om pharmaceutical and custom synthesis development opportunities.

Mark G. Currie

Mark G. Currie has been appointed vice president of research and development of Microbia Inc. Mr. Currie has more than 12 years of pharmaceutical research experience.

Carol Eicher

Carol Eicher has been named vice president and general manager of the Americas and Europe for the printed wiring board division of Shipley Company LLC. Ms. Eicher joined the division in 2001.

Art Esposito

Art Esposito, marketing director of the performance products group of Church and Dwight Co. Inc., has been elected second vice chairperson of the Chemis-try Council of New Jersey.

Allan Fowler

Allan Fowler, site director of Dow Chemical Company, has been elected treasurer of vice chairperson of the Chemistry Council of New Jersey.

Jean-Marc Giry

Jean-Marc Giry has been appointed vice president of strategic planning and to the board of directors of Gen-Odyssee SA. Mr. Giry has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience.

David Goodkin

David Goodkin has joined Icos Corp. as vice president of development and chief medical officer. Dr. Goodkin has more than 10 years of experience in drug development.

John Grate

John Grate has been appointed vice president of research and development and chief technology officer of Codexis Inc. Mr. Grate has worked with the company as a member of its industrial advisory board since February 2002.

Hans Hickler, group chief information officer of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), has been named CEO of APL Logistics, a subsidiary of NOL.

Kim David Lamon

Kim David Lamon has been elected to the board of directors of ICN Pharmaceuti-cals Inc. Dr. Lamon has extensive corporate and clinical experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

John E. Lucas

John E. Lucas has joined RxKenetix Inc. as president and CEO. Mr. Lucas brings extensive pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience to the company.

Jean Maral

Jean Maral has been appointed to the board of directors of GenOdyssee SA. He has more than 20 years of experience in the development of therapeutic protein variants. Dr. Maral joined the company in 2001.

Leonard J. Martocci
