Cray Valley adds monomer

Cray Valley has enhanced its range of monomers with a monofunctional stearyl acrylate monomer, known as SR257C, produced at the company's Villers Saint Paul plant in Oise, France. Used primarily as a comonomer in polymer manufacture, SR257C has a long-chain hydrophobic backbone, which offers good water resistance and allows the product to act as a defoamer.
