HOUSTON (CNI)--Engineering services provider ENGlobal said Monday subsidiary ENGlobal Engineering has received a three-year $15m (Euro12.6m) contract to provide on-site engineering, design and support personnel at BASF's plants in Freeport, Texas and Geismar, Louisiana.
Under the contract, ENGlobal will supply all in-plant engineers and designers at the sites.
Jimmie Carpenter, executive vice president of ENGlobal Engineering, said the contract award represents "significant growth" in the company's relationship with BASF.
He added: "We are proud to be considered the single source provider for BASF and are committed to offering the best talent to our client at cost-competitive rates."
