ICIS-LOR launches Mid East, India solvents pricing service

LONDON (CNI)--A new price reporting service covering solvents in the Middle East and India was launched Wednesday by global price reporting and market intelligence service ICIS-LOR*.

 

The weekly service covers isopropanol alcohol (IPA) and acetone in both regions and ethyl acetate in the Middle East.

 

It provides price assessments based on information supplied by market participants for cargoes loading or delivered four to six weeks forward from the date of publication.

 

ICIS-LOR said the price report covers new ground as there was previously no independent or benchmark information source in either region.

 

The report focuses on bulk lots delivered by ship.

 

*ICIS-LOR is part of the same publishing group as CNI.
