Chattem offers Hamposyl

Chattem Chemicals Inc. has acquired the Hamposyl specialty surfactants product line from Hampshire Chemical Inc., a Dow Chemical Company subsidiary. The products are now produced at Chattem’s facility in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Enzymotec boosts capacity

Enzymotec Ltd., which develops lipid-based ingredients for the nutraceuticals and functional foods markets, is expanding its production capacity in Israel to meet increased demand for dietary supplements and functional foods.

Shiseido forms Malaysian JV

Shiseido Company Ltd. and Warisan TC Holdings Bhd. have formed a joint venture company, Shiseido Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., to distribute Shiseido products in Malaysia. Shiseido pro-jects $30 million in sales three years after the start-up of operations.

Senetek in ph advantage deal

pH Advantage LLC will market and sell Senetek PLC’s proprietary Kinetin in prestige stores, salons and spas under the pH Advantage brand.
