LONDON (ICIS news)--ConocoPhillips resumed normal operations at its benzene hydrodealkylation (HDA) unit at Immingham, UK, over the weekend (7/8 January) as planned, a company source said on Monday.
The facility had been running at 50% of capacity since 2 January due to a technical glitch.
HDA benzene capacity at Immingham is 60,000 tonne/year.
The company said that the reduced operating rates had no impact on market prices or supply to customers.
