Clinton looks at pollution

Former US president Bill Clinton has launched the Clinton Climate Initiative and Large Cities Climate Leadership Group.
The partnership is aimed at reducing carbon emissions and increasing energy efficiency in large cities around the world.
The initiative will create a purchasing consortium that will pool the buying power of cities to lower the price of energy-saving products, and accelerate the development and deployment of energy-saving technologies.
