Finnish chemicals output surges 5% in October

LONDON (ICIS news)--Finnish chemicals output increased by 5% in October compared to the same period last year, state-owned agency Statistics Finland said on Tuesday.

 

The chemicals production index stood at 109.97, up 1.2% from September this year when output stood at 108.61.

 

Capacity utilisation in Finland’s chemical industry averaged 81.4% in October, up from 80.2% in the same month last year and up from 78.9% in September.
