TORONTO (ICIS news)--US specialty coatings and sealants firm RPM said on Monday it acquired the daylight fluorescent, phosphorescent and thermochromatic pigments business of the ?xml:namespace>
?xml:namespace>
It did not disclose financial terms.
The acquired business is based in Manchester, England. It has annual revenues of about $20m (€15m), RPM said.
RPM will continue to operate the business as a standalone unit within its Day-Glo business division, it said.
RPM’s Ohio-based Day-Glow business is focused on markets in the plastics, graphic arts, paints and coatings, dyes and textiles fields.
