LONDON (ICIS news)--Kemira has sold its 50% stake in fertilizer joint venture Kemira Arab Potash Company (Kemapco), the Finnish specialty chemicals group said on Monday.
The sale to Arab Potash Company represents the divestment of Kemira’s remaining fertilizer assets since the spin-off of GrowHow in 2004.

Kemira did not disclose the financial details of the deal but said it would not have any serious impact on results.
