Rafnes cracker to close for maintenance during May

LONDON (ICIS news)--The Borealis-Norsk Hydro cracker in Rafnes, Norway, will be shut down for maintenance during part of May, a company source said on Wednesday.

 

The unit, which has a rated capacity of 550,000 tonnes/year, will be offline for about 10 days from 17 May, the source added.

 

The cracker is a 50:50 joint venture operated by Borealis and Norsk Hydro.
