LONDON (ICIS news)--Saudi Kayan has awarded Chinese engineering group Huanqiu the contract to build a 400,000 tonne/year high density polyethylene (HDPE) plant in Saudi Arabia, the SABIC affiliate said on Wednesday.
The plant would form part of the Saudi Kayan complex in
Earlier this year, Saudi Kayan awarded contracts to Samsung Engineering and Simon Carves to build a 350,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant and a 300,000 tonne/year low density polyethylene plant (LDPE) at the complex.
