MOVES: Walters elected to Celanese board

TORONTO (ICIS news)--Celanese said on Friday that Farah Walters has been elected to the company’s board.
Walters is chief executive of healthcare firm QualHealth and a board member of chemicals maker PolyOne.
Celanese also said that Anjan Mukherjee and James Quella, both with private equity firm Blackstone, resigned from the Celanese board effective 31 May.
Their resignation was related to the recent sale by Blackstone of all of its Celanese shares, the Dallas, Texas-based chemicals maker said.
