Grace acquires assets of Spain’s Grupo Sistiaga

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US-based W.R. Grace said on Monday it has acquired certain assets of Grupo Sistiaga, a supplier of coatings for aluminium containers based in Hernani, Spain.

"This acquisition underscores our commitment to grow the Darex coatings and sealants product group," said Grace president and chief executive Fred Festa.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
