SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Paraxylene (PX) major Nippon Oil has nominated its Asian contract price (ACP) for August as $1,250/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Asia, up $120/tonne from July’s settlement, its customers said on Friday.
The Japanese producer could not be immediately reached for comment.
Other PX majors ExxonMobil, Japan Energy and Idemitsu Petrochemical are expected to post their contract prices for August by next week.
