HOUSTON (ICIS news)--The Phosphate Chemicals Export Association (PhosChem) has signed several diammonium phosphate (DAP) supply contracts with India through March 2008, the group said on Monday.
Under the terms of the agreements, PhosChem will supply India with 550,000-600,000 tonnes of DAP, which will be shipped from August through March 2008 at $495/tonne CFR (cost and freight).
This is in addition to a contract of 1.1m tonnes of DAP that the group announced earlier this year.
PhosChem is the largest North American exporter of concentrated phosphate. Members include CF Industries, Mosaic and the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan.
