LONDON (ICIS news)--India’s largest public sector enterprise company MMTC has issued a tender for 50,000-70,000 tonnes of phosphate fertilizer, trader sources said on Wednesday.

The tender was for diammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizer for prompt shipment to the ports of Rozi and Chennai.  It was due to close on 27 August with validity to 31 August and believed to be on Department of Fertilizer (DoF) account.

MMTC’s last tender, which closed on 10 August, failed to solicit any bids due to a lack of international DAP supply.
