HOUSTON (ICIS news)--A subsidiary of Kuwait Projects plans to build a $300m (€213m) purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plant in Kuwait, according to a report published on Tuesday by Reuters.
The subsidiary, United Industries, could build the 400,000 tonne/year plant in a joint venture with the Industrial Bank of Kuwait, Reuters reported.
Construction should be completed by 2010, Reuters said.
