ParamaX includes a set technologies to make paraxylene and benzene from naphtha, Axens said.
The first phase of Comperj, due to start up in 2012, included capacities for 780,000 tonnes/year of paraxylene and 690,000 tonnes/year of benzene, the company said, but did not disclose financial terms.
