SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Oil & Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has issued a tender to export one 30,000 tonne naphtha cargo for December loading, its second parcel for the month, the Indian refiner said on Friday.
The refiner offered one cargo for 27-28 December loading from Mumbai, west coast of India, in a tender which will close on 29 November, it said in a document.
For November loading, it offered as many as three spot cargoes via tender, traders said.
Indian refiners have so far sold at least 300,000 tonnes of December-loading naphtha cargoes, a decline from 900,000 tonnes to 1m tonnes offered in the past three months.
