Beijing exchange plans to start carbon trading

The exchange has completed initial research on its Beijing Climate Exchange project, said Peng Zhiyuan, general operating director. He declined to say when the platform would begin operations.
The Beijing Equity Exchange carries out auctions of state-owned assets and helps companies to restructure.
