LONDON (ICIS news)--Formaldehyde technology plant manufacturer Perstorp Formox has sold two formalin plants to German polymer producer Ticona, the company said on Wednesday.

No financial details were disclosed.
The sale of these two plants means in 2007 Perstorp Formox has sold formalin plants with a capacity of over 1m tonnes this year, the company said adding it had been a record year.
Perstorp Formox, a subsidiary of Perstorp, focuses on designing, developing and supplying complete plants.
