Mangalore Refinery to sell February xylene cargo

SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL), an Indian producer, said late on Wednesday it will put out a sell tender for isomer grade xylene next week.

The tender would open on 9 January and would be awarded the following day, it said in a statement.

The 10,000 tonne cargo would be loaded in the first-half of February from the New Mangalore port in the west coast of India, it added.  

Isomer grade spot prices were notionally assessed at about $950-960/tonne FOB (free on board) Korea, according to global chemical market intelligence service ICIS pricing.
