LONDON (ICIS news)--Arkema has restarted its Rho, Italy, methyl methacrylate plant and returned to normal rates after a two-week outage, a company source said on Wednesday.

The Rho plant, which has a nameplate capacity of 90,000 tonnes/year according to ICIS plants and projects, was halted early in the week ending 11 January due to unspecified technical issues.

Restart had been slated for last week, but was postponed until the weekend on ongoing issues.

The company source said that operations was back to normal at the plant from Monday evening.
