STOCKHOLM (ICIS news)--Akzo Nobel’s decision to move production of industrial coatings from Moscow to Malmo, Sweden, in 2007 means the Nordsjo factory is now the largest coatings producer in Scandinavia after enjoying record production last year, the site manager said on Friday.
Sales last year were €265m ($394.7m), up 10%, Anders Lindmark added.
The company would be taking on 20 more staff and it expected continued growth this year, he said.
