TRADER UPDATE: Excalibur up and running

LONDON (ICIS news)--Kent Hurst and Wietse Noorlander have returned to the aromatics market as Excalibur Oil Brokerage, Hurst said on Thursday.

The former Starsupply brokers’ absence had been noted by many aromatics players since the two left to set up on their own in October 2007.

“We have been up since 1 November,” Kent said. “We left Starsupply on good terms, and the market welcomed us back after a 27-day absence.”

Excalibur will act as brokers for benzene, toluene and styrene.
