HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US producer Dow Chemical has scheduled a turnaround at its propylene oxide (PO) facility in Freeport, Texas, a source said on Thursday.
The turnaround at the 726,000 tonne/year facility is scheduled to begin in late March, and it is expected to take two to three weeks, the source said.
PO prices for February were 116-126 cents/lb ($2,557-2,778/tonne) FOB (free on board), according to global chemical market intelligence service ICIS pricing.
