Formosa issues 75,000 tonne naphtha buy tender

LONDON (ICIS news)--Taiwan's Formosa Petrochemical Co (FPC) has issued a buy tender for for 75,000 tonnes of open spec naphtha for delivery in the first half of April, industry sources said on Monday.

The tender, which closes on 26 February, specifies delivery to Mailiao, Taiwan.

FPC earlier bought a larger-than-expected cargo of 450,000 tonnes for delivery from the second half of March till first half of April at a $1.50/tonne premium over the Japan quotes CFR (cost and freight) Taiwan.
