MOVES: US Valspar names new COO, CFO, president

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US paints and coatings producer Valspar has named Gary Hendrickson president and chief operating officer (COO), one of several appointments that the company announced on Wednesday.

Lori Walker will become chief financial officer and senior vice president. Walker was previously vice president, treasurer and controller.

Tracy Jokinen has been appointed vice president and controller, and Tyler Treat has been appointed vice president and treasurer.

In addition, Paul Reyelts will retire as Valspar's executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Reyelts' departure becomes effective at the end of 2009. He has served as CFO for 25 years.
